Whichever device you own, the sequence is the same: install a player, paste your
credentials, load the guide. Below is exactly how to do it on each one — including
the two settings that stop nearly every reported buffering problem.
This is the same on every device. The per-device instructions further down only
differ in which player you install and where you find it.

Choose a pack and activate
Pick the number of screens and the length of term you want. Your credentials — an M3U link and Xtream Codes details — arrive by email within minutes.

Install a player on your device
Install an IPTV player appropriate to your hardware: TiviMate on Fire TV and Android TV, iPlayTV on Apple TV, IBO Player or Smart IPTV on a Samsung or LG television.

Enter your details and load the guide
Add your playlist using the Xtream Codes API option, then add the EPG address so the programme guide fills in. Set the decoder to hardware and the buffer to large.

Every player named below is an independent third-party app. NordicCast supplies the
channels and the credentials; you choose the player you prefer.
IPTV on Amazon Fire TV Stick
The Fire TV Stick is the cheapest way to turn any television with an HDMI port into a streaming device, and it is the most common way people watch NordicCast. The 4K and 4K Max models decode HEVC in hardware, which is what lets them handle 4K channels without dropping frames.

On the Fire TV home screen, open Settings → My Fire TV → Developer Options and turn on "Apps from Unknown Sources". This is what allows any player that is not in Amazon's store.
Install your player of choice. TiviMate is the usual recommendation; IPTV Smarters Pro is the simpler alternative.
Open the player and choose to add a playlist using Xtream Codes API. Enter the server address, username and password from your activation email.
Let the channel list and programme guide load — the first load takes a minute or two, after which it is cached.
In the player's settings, set the decoder to hardware (HW+) and the buffer to large. These two settings prevent most reported buffering.
On a 4K Max, connect over the 5 GHz or 6 GHz band rather than 2.4 GHz. It is the single biggest difference you can make without running a cable.
IPTV on Samsung and LG Smart TV
Samsung televisions run Tizen and LG run webOS. Both have their own app stores, so you can watch without plugging anything else in — one remote, no extra box, nothing behind the television.

Open the app store on the television — Samsung Apps on Tizen, LG Content Store on webOS.
Search for and install an IPTV player. IBO Player and Smart IPTV are the two that work reliably on both platforms.
Open the app and note the MAC address it displays. Some players use this to link your playlist.
Add your playlist using either the Xtream Codes details or the M3U link from your activation email.
Load the programme guide using the EPG address supplied with your subscription.
Television processors have less memory than a dedicated box. If menus feel slow on a very large channel list, hide the channel groups you never watch — it makes a noticeable difference.
IPTV on Android TV and Google TV
Android TV and Google TV give the most control of any platform — proper frame-rate matching, expandable storage and, on the better boxes, a wired Ethernet port. If you care about getting the picture exactly right, this is the platform to be on.

Open the Google Play Store on the device and install TiviMate, or Sparkle TV if you prefer a simpler interface.
Start the player and add a playlist using Xtream Codes API with the details from your activation email.

Turn on frame-rate matching in the device's display settings, so 60FPS sport is shown at 60FPS rather than being converted.
Set the player's decoder to hardware and increase the buffer size.
On an Nvidia Shield or any box with an Ethernet port, use the cable. Wi-Fi is the most common cause of problems that look like a provider fault.
IPTV on Apple TV
Apple TV has the smoothest interface of any streaming box and handles frame-rate matching at system level, so live sport looks right without any tuning. The player apps are paid, but they are inexpensive and well maintained.

Open the App Store on the Apple TV and install iPlayTV or IPTVX.
Open the app and add a new playlist using either the M3U link or the Xtream Codes details from your activation email.
Add the EPG address when prompted so the guide populates.
In the Apple TV's video settings, enable "Match Content" for both frame rate and dynamic range.
Start a channel and confirm the picture is sharp before switching to full screen.
Match Content is off by default on Apple TV. Turning it on is the difference between smooth 60FPS sport and subtle judder you can see but not name.
IPTV on iPhone, iPad and Android
Mobile is what most people use for the commute, the kitchen and the away match. Your subscription works on it with the same credentials, within the number of simultaneous screens your pack allows.

Choose to log in with Xtream Codes API and enter your details.
Wait for the channel list and guide to download.
On mobile data, lower the stream quality in the app settings — Full HD over 4G is usually the right compromise.
Streaming 4K over mobile data will work and will also consume several gigabytes an hour. Full HD looks close to identical on a phone screen.
IPTV on Windows, Mac and browser
A computer is the quickest way to confirm a subscription is working before you set anything else up — no app store, no sideloading, nothing to configure.

Install VLC, which is free and available for both Windows and macOS.
Choose Media → Open Network Stream and paste the M3U link from your activation email.
For a proper guide and channel groups, use MyIPTV Player on Windows or Kodi with an IPTV add-on.
If a channel plays here but not on your television, the problem is the television's app or network, not the subscription.
This is the fastest diagnostic there is. If VLC plays the stream cleanly, your credentials and our servers are both fine.
